As the Chief Financial Officer at Hope and Thriving Community Organization (HTCO), I, Mohammad Mujtaba “Abassi”, bring a solid background in financial management, budgeting, and economic planning, built through years of experience with both national and international non-governmental organizations. My work has consistently focused on promoting financial integrity, donor compliance, and sustainable resource management to support humanitarian and development efforts across Afghanistan.
